An Introduction to the Montebello Container Facilities
At Montebello Container, the team continually upgrades their facilities to meet the needs of clients across the country. The company’s current suite of facilities includes the following:
La Mirada, CA facility houses a 98” corrugator and is the location in which Montebello Container primarily manufactures their "C-Flute” and ”Double Wall" grades. The Fosber 98” corrugator uses the latest technology for improved accuracy and productivity.
Pico Riviera, CA facility in California houses a 70" corrugator. The facility is the location in which MCC manufactures specialty coatings such as color-coated sheets, Michelmann, and wax-impregnated mediums. Our Pico Rivera facility is where we manufacture our Mont E-Flutes, including ”E-Flute”, “F-Flute”, and “K-Flute”. We also manufacture Teartape and Single Face at Pico Rivera.
MCC’s Santa Fe Springs, CA corrugated converting facility (also known as Molette) houses the 66" McKinley Flexo Gluer, 50" Isowa Flexo Folder Gluer, 37" Langston Flexo Folder Gluer and the 40x60" Bobst Platened Die Cutter. This facility can produce up to 3 color printing and also offers partial rotary die cutting.
